Subscription Help

RuckMode subscriptions are managed through Apple. You can view, cancel, or manage subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings. RuckMode support can help diagnose entitlement display issues, but Apple handles billing and refund decisions.

Health And Location Permissions

If heart rate, workouts, route, pace, or elevation do not appear correctly, check iOS Settings and the Health app permissions for RuckMode. The app should keep working gracefully when a permission is denied, but some features may be limited.

RuckMode is not monitored support, emergency dispatch, or rescue software. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services.
