These Terms govern your use of RuckMode, including the iPhone app, Apple Watch app, website, support services, and related features.

Use Of RuckMode

You are responsible for deciding whether rucking or loaded walking is appropriate for you. Use common sense, obey local laws, stay aware of your surroundings, and stop if conditions become unsafe.

No Medical Advice

RuckMode may show estimated fitness, load, effort, route, and workout information. These estimates are informational only and may be inaccurate. RuckMode does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition.

No Emergency Or Rescue Function

RuckMode does not provide emergency monitoring, rescue dispatch, satellite messaging, or location safety guarantees. If you need emergency help, contact local emergency services.

Apple Health And Device Data

RuckMode may use Apple Health, location, motion, and Apple Watch data when you grant permission. Device sensors, GPS, and Health data can be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. You should not rely on RuckMode as your only record or safety tool.

Subscriptions

RuckMode may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Subscription pricing, trial availability, renewal terms, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple and shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Free Tier

RuckMode may offer limited free use, such as a starter number of saved rucks. Free features and limits may change before or after launch.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse RuckMode, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass subscription controls, reverse engineer restricted parts of the app, or use the app in a way that violates law or harms others.

Intellectual Property

RuckMode, its design, app name, software, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by their respective rights holders. You may not copy or redistribute the app except as allowed by the App Store terms and applicable law.

Third-Party Services

RuckMode depends on Apple platform services such as App Store, StoreKit, Apple Health, HealthKit, watchOS, iOS, and device sensors. Those services are governed by Apple's terms and may change outside RuckMode's control.

RuckMode is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, RuckMode disclaims warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RuckMode and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including injuries, lost data, lost profits, or loss of use.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as RuckMode changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
